  10. Incorporate anti-oxidant-rich foods into your diet.

Maintaining your health can help you avoid heart disease and death. Find a balance in your life between work and other interests, get off the couch and go outside, and avoid watching sports on television. Play sports instead if you want to live a long and happy life.
